Pathetic medical center. I took my family member to this place as she broke her toe but they did not address it. After getting her admitted and putting her on saline , the came back half an hour later to ask what the issue is. They charged me for no reason. Gave me 4 bills out of which one did not have any description as to why they are charging me. They just tried mansplaining me as to why they are doing what they are doing. Before give review I would like to share that this is not a paid review or any propaganda. The review is totally from the benith of the core of the heart of a son who get back his mother alive due to proper/at once  treatment from Phonix Medical Centre(PMC) situated at near airport gate no.1 and bless of God derived down throw the PMC. My mother was admited due to some illness and gone through a surgical messures. Now she is being released and gradually regaining her normal life day by day.
Previously I have repetedly visited many nursinghomes for other illness of my parents and achived varities experiences but in last couple of days I got the best experience of my life regarding nursinghome. All staffs are very much cooperative. From gate keeper to higher authority everyone is so much involved in their stipulated duty. Not only that even owners of this nursinghome came everyday to visit patients personally.
Now come to the one of the most important point which is expense I incurred in this ailment process. See before admiting my mother I have visited two more super speciality nursinghoms with huge setup in kolkata but the amount they asked for is sky kissing . Even they was not told me the exact breakup value or package cost etc. When I asked for the same they ignored and told me that Dr will decide the package cost! Here in PMC everythin was stated clearly to me. And they have kept their words. They have operated her surgical measures by one of the renouned Dr in kolkata empanneled with them. Rates are moderate and affordable for middle class person like me.
This is not a secret anymore and everybody knows that nursinghomes are health care service providing business units and business needs profit. PMC also doing profit but not chocking the customers/patient's family members or making huge whole in pocket.
There are some negligible glitches in some sector but they will surly overcome it as management is strong and responsive.
I wish Phonix Medical Centre will flurish in future . One request to PMC please do not distract from your path . Please keep the best possible treatment in affordable cost like now for middle class families in future. Many needs better treatment in affordable cost so please be with them in future as like mine .

My father was admitted and got his pacemaker implanted in this hospital. I am highly satisfied with the hospitality and care provided by the staffs. The hospital was very neat & clean with all high tech facilities and highly qualified doctors to serve the patients.
